- New Exercise + New Diet = New Recipes

In my attempt to lose some weight and stay healthy I have started a new regime. Through the district we were offered a discounted rate for an 8 week bootcamp – 2 sessions a week. In addition to kicking our butts every Monday and Wednesday, the trainer gave us (3 co-workers and me) an Interval running program and a diet plan to follow.
