    • I forgot to mention earlier. For the third year in a row, I have a STAR event team headed to Nationals!It’s hard for me to explain to outsiders just how awesome this is. STAR events is part of the student organization I co-sponsor. There are so many different areas students can compete in.     • I sometimes wonder what it would be like to have a true consistent schedule.  There seem to be these weeks that are so laid back…and then BAM, it’s run around like crazy for two or three straight weeks.  Luckily this time around, my energy level is up to the challenge.

    • Part of the reason I love my job is FCCLA.  Family Career and Community Leaders of America is a career and tech student organization based out of the Family and Consumer Sciences field.  I know it’s a mouthful.  When I was in high school, this org. is what I did.
