These are very similar to the ones my students made a few weeks ago. Greg’s one complaint about the recipes I have tried in the past is that they are too sweet. So I modified the original recipe slightly. I only baked five this morning, the rest went on cookie sheet in the freezer. When they are frozen I will vacuum pack them and move them to the deep freeze. Next time we have company, or Greg just wants a cinnamon roll, there are 9 yummy homemade one ready to go. continue reading »

Last Saturday I hosted a homemade gourmet party. For the party, I made Lemon Garlic Chicken and the Mock Spinach Dip (combo of sour cream, cream cheese and spice mix). Both yummy, but I needed to use the leftovers. Here’s what I came up with.
